CORPORATE REAL ESTATE MANAGER (m/f/d)
YOU ARE ABLE TO:
- Successfully completed commercial or technical training, preferably with professional experience or additional qualifications in the real estate sector
- Social competence in daily interactions with colleagues, network partners, and subcontractors
- A broad understanding of technical principles, combined with a structured and meticulous work ethic
- Excellent communication skills and assertiveness as a negotiator
- Sound knowledge of MS Office (basic CAD/ArchiCAD skills are an advantage)
- Willingness to travel within the DACH region
YOUR TASKS INCLUDE:
- Commercial and technical support of our operational and logistics sites and existing properties, as well as the management of modernization measures
- Support for construction and infrastructure projects as the contact person for internal and external service providers and authorities
- Independent clarification of building regulations and regulatory frameworks for existing and new projects
- Preparation of schedules and cost plans, including quality control to ensure compliance with project goals and implementation of cost optimization potential
- Acceptance and return of in or leased properties in the DACH region (Germany, Austria, Switzerland)
- Search for further suitable operational and logistics locations for the group's operating companies
Die Entlohnung erfolgt nach dem Kollektivvertrag Handel.
