Alternative School Accommodation Freilassing

The Freilassing elementary school on Georg-Wrede-Platz is being partially rebuilt, which is why the students will be moving to the new alternative quarters in autumn 2023.  The two-story interim modular building was placed directly opposite the listed main building of the existing school so that the students continue to have their familiar paths.

96 modules were built over a total of 1500 m² Space was created for 15 classrooms, necessary cloakrooms, hallways as well as toilets and technical rooms.

All electrical and plumbing installations were flush-mounted. A central heating system ensures cozy warmth, while electrically operated external blinds provide additional sun protection in summer. The modular school building is completed by an additionally constructed pent roof with a rear-ventilated roof construction, including gutters, protection against leaf infestation and snow guard hooks.
